LEAD   is committed to saving the lives of Black women, girls, and expansive birthing people. We strive to change the narrative of perinatal health disparity and increase the positive outcomes for the birthing person and their infants.

The strength of this program lies in the experience and diversity of the team. The instructors are experts in a variety of perinatal specialties. We train with an equity lens, ensuring all aspects of our program are culturally significant and appropriate.
