LEAD will increase access and remove financial barriers to Doula services for marginalized persons. Our Doulas are professionally trained and culturally concordant. By increasing access and removing financial barriers to Doula training, we will improve birth outcomes while supporting our Doulas in developing a sustainable perinatal business.
